spacious home from home in the Southern most village in
Devon, East Prawle, within walking distance of the breathtaking South West Coast Path,
and easy distance from beautiful sandy beaches at
Lannacombe Bay, Gara Rock and Millbay, Welle House offers the perfect
location to get away from it all. |

The self catering holiday accommodation
comprises about one half of the original house but has
it's own front door and is completely self contained. It is very spacious,
light and airy, retaining many of it's original features.

upstairs consists of three
large bedrooms, two twins and one double, together with a bathroom. All rooms

Downstairs is a further bathroom,
with a washing machine, and an approx 30' through lounge/diner kitchen,
both accessed through an imposing entrance hall. There is also a
double bed-settee, allowing accommodation for an additional two adults if
required. |

The lounge has a colour television with satellite,
video and DVD player, and French windows opening on to a south facing patio with
picnic table and barbeque, and access to a large lawn and garden area.

The kitchen has double aspect windows
and is fully equipped, with an electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave
oven.

Bed linen and towels are supplied, as are electricity and
central heating (out side summer months!). |

Changeover day is Saturday. We ask guests to arrive after
3 pm. For the benefit of other guests, there is no smoking
inside the premises. Please leave the accommodation clean
and tidy. In addition to a non-refundable 10% booking deposit, we ask for a
£50 cleaning/breakages deposit when booking the accommodation. |
