At Welle House, we maintain a small flock of free range
geese and muscovy ducks, reared on grass, supplemented with specialist growers feed and corn.
The birds are hatched here at Welle House in the Spring, and graze out doors,
being put away at night to protect them from predators.
A limited number of geese and ducks will be available for
Christmas 2009. If you are spending Christmas in East Prawle, why not treat
you self to the most traditional of Christmas dinners, roast goose or duck, reared
right here in East Prawle!
