All rooms offer views over the sea and/or the
countryside to Dartmoor. The B&B accommodation is fully en-suite, with
colour televisions, Freeview and DVD players and tea & coffee making facilities
in all rooms. The
self catering accommodation has two bathrooms, a very comfortable through lounge with colour TV,
Satellite, VCR
and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. |

The house has ample parking for guests, and is set in
1½ acres of lawns and paddocks on the edge of East Prawle, a perfect spot for barbeques and
star-gazing. |

Children of all ages are welcome, as are well behaved
pets by arrangement.

Allergy Advice - contains cats and dogs!
As well as our cats and dogs, we keep chickens, geese,
muscovy ducks and two goats.
Please note -if you are looking for a modern, starred,
state-of-the-art hostelry – please don’t book with us. You won’t be happy
and neither will we.
On the other hand, if you would like to
stay somewhere that is homely, friendly and welcoming (read some of our
